Dante’s Divine Comedy – c.14

Here’s another DDC. We’re terribly sorry about all the delays. We’ve been really bad about DDC updates, but we’re trying to get a lot of work done on this series now. After this chapter there is only one chapter left in Inferno, then we move into Purgatory. We’re working on all our projects as they come (we haven’t gotten a chance to get Alcbane yet).

But now on to a more disappointing note, a spanish international group recently started releasing DDC. I think it’s great that they work is being brought to a wider, non-english audience, but they haven’t been entirely straight forward with their releases. We examined their release and found it to be clearly using our work (due to our rephrasing and redistribution of information), but they’ve failed to mention us at all, needless to say credit us. We contacted them on this matter, unfortunately all we got in response was denial and refusal to credit us at all. After we contacted them again with extensive proof, they failed to respond and now have released another chapter which seems to once again using our translations as at least reference without giving any credit. The only reason I mention this is because of their blatant rudeness in the matter.

This is the group in question (even if you can’t read Spanish or be bothered to translate it, you should be able to notice the copying on various pages).

Also, MH has banned various Kodansha series which includes Vagabond and DDC.
