   Oh yeah! I wasn’t expecting it today. I do like the way you write it, truly. It’s been a long time since I’ve read the word malefactor in an English text. Your poetic translation is quite an interesting and astounding work and I doubt I’ll see something of this caliber soon.

   Well, all credit for the word “malefactor” goes to Henry Wadsworth Longfellow ^^ (his translation uses a fair number of super-Latinate words like that). Of course, there’s no way to tell which translation I’m using (if any) for any given line unless one cross-references multiple Commedia translations at the same time =P I feel like I should cite my sources more, but I don’t think anyone would get much out of a page-long list of citations
